Hair spa starts with deep oiling. For this you can use coconut, almond, olive or brahmi oil. First divide the hair into two parts. Now make a light bun, keep in mind that it should not be too tight.

Steam opens up the hair and scalp, allowing the nutrients of the oil to reach deep inside. First, prepare hot water. After this, soak a clean towel in it and squeeze it well. Now wrap that hot towel around your head and leave it for 10–15 minutes.

Now it’s time to wash your hair. Make sure the shampoo is organic or sulfate-free. Choose shampoo according to the length of your hair. Dilute it in a little water so that it doesn’t cause any harshness to the scalp. Now gently clean your hair with it and wash it.

Conditioning is necessary after shampooing so that the hair remains silky and smooth. If you want, you can buy organic conditioner from the market or make a natural conditioning spray at home.
DIY Homemade Conditioner:
2 teaspoons aloe vera gel
2 teaspoons rose water
1/4 cup drinking water
Mix them and fill in a spray bottle and spray on wet hair. Mix well with your fingers.
Hair mask is necessary to deeply repair and strengthen the hair.
How to make a natural hair mask:
1 peeled cucumber (grated)
3 tsp Brahmi powder
Mix both of these and make a smooth paste. Now apply it from the roots to the ends of the hair and leave it for half to one hour. Then wash the hair with cold water.
Tip: After applying the mask, you can wear a shower cap to increase the effect.
