Mangoes


Mangoes grow in summer and are rich in nutrients. Available from March to June, they contain vitamins A and C. These vitamins help lower cholesterol and improve blood circulation. Mangoes also have antioxidants that protect the heart from damage.

Pomegranates

Pomegranates are winter fruits, usually seen from September to February. These fruits are full of antioxidants like polyphenols. They support healthy blood pressure and reduce cholesterol. Regular consumption helps improve overall heart health.

Guavas

Guavas are available throughout the year. They are rich in fiber and vitamin C, especially during winter. These nutrients help control sugar levels and reduce cholesterol. Eating guava supports better heart function.

Bananas

Bananas are accessible all year long. They are rich in essential nutrients, especially potassium. Potassium helps control blood pressure. Bananas also contain vitamin B6, which helps reduce homocysteine levels in the blood, improving heart performance.

Apples
