3. Lunch consists of a sprout salad, some veggies, dal, and one whole-wheat flatbread. For healthy fats, she added a small amount of ghee as well.
4. Snack in the evening: roasted fox nuts, or makhana.
5. Dinners were light and basic, consisting solely of sautéed veggies or soup.
