Also, eating foods with heavy protein at night harms the body. However, protein is beneficial for the body. Heavy foods like red meat and curry are difficult to digest, which increases the chances of stomach problems at night. If you want, you can eat chicken or eggs in the evening.

3. Carbonated drinks
