Premature grey hair or white hair is becoming common even in people’s early twenties. Genetics cannot be the only cause. The food you eat, stress levels and weak immunity can also contribute to this.
There are several causes of premature greying. One of the main causes of premature greying is bad eating habits. If you eat fast food, white bread and drink soft drinks on a daily basis, your hair will be affected. Heat one cup of amla powder in an iron pan until it becomes ash, then add in 500 ml coconut oil and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool for 24 hours and strain into a jar. Use for a hair massage two times a week.
Ground together a handful of curry leaves with two teaspoons amla powder and two teaspoons brahmi powder. Put the smashed paste on the roots of the hair. Leave for one hour and then shampoo with herbal shampoo.

2 tsp black tea
1 tsp indigo
½ inch kaththa
1 tsp brahmi
one tsp triphala
1 tsp amla powder
1 piece walnut bark

Simmer for 30 minutes on low. Cool, strain, and store. Apply to the roots of the hair, wait 30 minutes, and wash out.
