1. Salted Nuts

Brazil nuts, macadamia nuts, and hazelnuts are full of selenium, a mineral that helps the thyroid work well. You can carry a mix of these nuts as a snack and eat them throughout the day.


2. Grilled Fish

Fish like salmon, cod, haddock, and sea bass are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and selenium. These nutrients reduce inflammation and support thyroid health. Try to eat grilled fish regularly.

3. Dairy Products

Milk, yogurt, and ice cream contain iodine. Iodine is necessary for the thyroid gland to produce hormones. Including dairy in your diet helps prevent thyroid-related issues.

4. Eggs

Eggs are another great food for thyroid patients. They contain both selenium and iodine. Eating the whole egg (especially the yolk) gives the most benefits.

5. Green Vegetables

Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and Chinese cabbage are very helpful for thyroid health. They help maintain hormone balance in the body.

6. Fruits
