5. BNS Section 69 – Say No to Voyeurism

6. BNS Sections 64 & 65 – Protection from Molestation

These stipulations help shield women from any unwanted touch, indecent behavior, or actions that outrage modesty and ensure personal dignity and respect under any circumstances.

7. POSH Act, 2013 – Dignity at Workplace

Every workplace has to establish the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) for that workplace, and any incident of sexual harassment would have to be able to be reported through these committees. It is the act that secures the working of women in a safe, professional, and respectable environment.
