2. Off-Season Fruits and Vegetables: These are often grown using chemicals and artificial ripening agents. These substances can disrupt hormonal balance and increase the risk of early puberty.

3. Fried Foods: Items like fried chicken and French fries are cooked at high temperatures, changing their chemical structure. This can disturb the body’s hormones and speed up puberty.

4. High-Sodium Foods: Salty snacks and processed foods contain too much sodium. High salt levels can stimulate hormones linked to reproductive development.

5. Animal Organs: Liver and other organs may be high in fat and toxins. Regular consumption can lead to weight gain, which is another factor for early puberty.

6. Soy Milk and Soy Products: Soy contains isoflavones, which are similar to estrogen. Excessive intake may cause hormonal imbalance, especially in girls.

7. Processed and Packaged Foods: These include preservatives, colors, and artificial flavors that can mimic sex hormones, leading to early hormonal development.

8. Supplements and Herbal Tonics: Unprescribed vitamins or herbal remedies, like herbal chicken soup, might contain strong growth ingredients. These can affect the body’s natural hormone functions.

To reduce the risk of early puberty, parents should focus on providing a balanced, natural diet. Avoid giving children fast foods, canned items, or foods with too many additives. Encourage them to stay active, maintain a healthy weight, and have regular medical check-ups if they show early signs of development.
