It also contains vitamin-C, vitamin-A, vitamin-K, vitamin-B-9 or folate, potassium, phosphorus, selenium.

 

Start eating garlic, fish, almonds, honeydew and chia seeds regularly. These contain vitamins, antioxidants, carbohydrates and proteins. A healthy person can consume two teaspoons of honey a day. Almonds boost immunity.
