It is not just for flavor. It also has many health benefits. Curry leaves are rich in vitamins, minerals , and antioxidants. These are very good for health. Including curry leaves in your daily diet or chewing them in the morning can provide many benefits.

 


Curry leaves also play a key role in hair health. Now, many people are suffering from hair problems these days. They are suffering from many problems like hair fall, gray hair, and dryness. However, the problem that is troubling many people is hair fall. Now, experts say curry leaves are the best option for such people. Curry leaf oil can be made at home to reduce hair fall. Now let’s know how to make that oil.

Ingredients needed to make curry leaf Hair Loss Oil

* Coconut oil – one cup – approximately 250 ml
* Curry leaves – approximately 20-30 fresh curry leaves
* Fenugreek – 1 spoon
* Amla powder – 1 spoon

Curry leaf oil preparation method

* First, wash the curry leaves with water and let them dry. Make sure that there is no moisture in them. Otherwise, the oil will spoil. You can dry them under a fan.

* Then, place a thick-bottomed bowl on the stove and pour coconut oil in it. Keep the stove flame low.

* Once the oil starts heating up a little, add the prepared curry leaves to the oil. Add the fenugreek and amla powder to the oil at this time.
* Boil the oil on low flame. Boil the curry leaves until they turn black or change color. When the curry leaves turn dark, it means that all the nutrients in them have been absorbed into the oil.
* Do not heat the oil too much or burn the leaves completely. Doing so may destroy the nutrients.
* After boiling, turn off the stove and let the oil cool completely.
* After the oil cools, filter the oil using a clean cloth or sieve. Remove the leaves.
* Store the filtered oil in an airtight glass bottle. It should be kept in a cool, dark place
