Quite frequently, people merely throw a bit of turmeric into warm milk. One absolutely necessary component is overlooked by them. That component is none other than the black pepper. Black peppers are the thing that 99 out of 100 people don’t remember. The reason is the lack of which the key compound in turmeric cannot be readily absorbed by your body. This basically means that you don’t get the health benefits.
The first step is to get one cup of the milk of your choice. Go for cow or buffalo milk if you want a traditional taste. Make sure that the milk is brought to a boil. In case you want to use a plant-based milk like almond or soy, then do it for a lighter drink. In that case, the milk needs to be warmed only.
After that, turmeric powder is to be added just half a teaspoon. It is advised to use only this small portion for maximum effect. Once that is done, it’s time to add one very important component. A substance in black pepper is piperine. Pyperine increases one of the curcumin absorption 10 times. The drink becomes 2,000 times more potent when this duo is used.
