  • Kale (chopped)

Recipe:

 

  1. Fry up your crispy tofu nuggets and set them aside.
  2. Place your chopped kale in a large bowl. Stir in ½ tablespoon olive oil and ⅛ teaspoon of salt.
  3. Massage the kale with your hands until it is a deeper shade of green and tender.
  4. Add the apple slices cranberries and remaining oil and salt.
  5. Add the ginger dressing, and toss it all together.
  6. and add your crispy tofu nuggets on the top and gently mix.
  7. Serve fresh.
