1. Sit in Vajrasana – Sitting in this yoga position for 5 minutes after eating helps digestion. It balances blood flow in the stomach area.

2. Take a Light Walk – Walking slowly for 10 minutes after eating helps the food digest easily and reduces problems like gas or bloating.


3. Drink Warm Water – Drinking a little warm water after a meal helps melt fat and supports digestion.

4. Wash Hands and Face – This keeps you clean and fresh. It also helps reduce tiredness after eating.

Things You Should Avoid:

1. Sleeping Immediately – Going to sleep right after eating affects digestion. It can cause acidity and heartburn.

2. Heavy Exercise – Doing tough workouts just after eating can slow down digestion and cause discomfort.

3. Drinking Cold Water – Cold water lowers stomach temperature suddenly and weakens digestion.
