According to sleep psychologists and body language experts, sleep posture doesn’t have to do only with comfort but could go deeper into subconscious characteristics.
1. Fetal Position
You curl up very tightly in sleep: Well, you are not alone. That is actually the most common sleep position. Those who curl up like this are often perceived as being sensitive or introverted individuals who may require some form of consolation although they actually appear strong outside.
2. The Log
Laying upon the side like a log with arms straight down like a log suggests that you are a very easy person to get along with, sociable and trusting, sometimes to a fault. This position is usually found among extroverts who enjoy being part of groups and open conversations.
3. The Yearner
Side-sleepers with stretched-out arms are found to be open-minded but suspicious. People of this kind are mainly characterized as thoughtful, slow in judgment, but once placed in a decision, very seldom backward change afterwards.
4. The Soldier
If you sleep with arms laid down on your side, you probably reserve discipline and are bound for goals. Assertive standards you hold yourself and others to, even though this position could link with conditions such as snoring or sleep apnea.
5. The Freefall
