Milk is known to be very good for health. Doctors often recommend drinking at least one glass of milk daily because it contains many important nutrients. Milk has vitamins like B2, B12, D, and A. It also contains calcium, calories, fat, sodium, magnesium, and other nutrients. Because of these benefits, people of all ages—from children to adults—are advised to drink milk regularly.
However, even though milk is very healthy for many people, it is not suitable for everyone. Some people may face health problems if they drink milk. For example, some individuals may develop cough or throat pain after drinking milk. Others may feel stomach pain or experience indigestion. These people are advised by doctors to avoid milk.
Also, some people have a milk allergy. If they drink milk, their allergic reactions can get worse, causing more serious health issues. People with breathing problems or frequent coughs should also avoid milk because it might worsen their symptoms.
Another reason some people should avoid milk is skin problems. Drinking milk can cause pimples or acne on the face in some individuals. This happens because milk contains hormones that can affect the skin. People who get pimples after drinking milk should stay away from it.
Moreover, those who have digestion problems are advised to limit or avoid milk intake. Milk can be difficult to digest for some, leading to discomfort or other stomach issues.
So while milk is a nutritious and healthy drink for many, it is important to know that some people should not drink milk. If you notice problems like cough, stomach pain, allergy, breathing issues, or skin pimples after drinking milk, it is better to avoid it and consult a doctor for advice.
