As a result, the food gets stuck in the throat. It is not digested properly and you have to suffer.


Tea, Coffee are hazardous

Drinking tea or coffee after eating is not good. These prevent the body from absorbing iron and other nutrients in the food. That is, if you drink tea or coffee immediately after eating, you will lose nutrients. If you have this habit, it is better to stop it immediately. Taking a bath after eating is also not good. For the food to be digested, there must be heat in the body. Only if the heat is right, the acids required for digestion are released. However, taking a bath at that time causes changes in body temperature. Due to this, the heat decreases and this has an effect on digestion. That is why elders say that you should not take a bath after eating.

Don’t drink water after eating

Drinking a lot of water immediately after eating is also not good for health. Doing this will dilute the acids released in the stomach for digestion. As a result, the food eaten will not be digested properly. This can lead to problems like bloating, indigestion, and gas .
