The Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat storyline revolves around the protagonists Adaa (Sonam Bajwa) and Vikramaditya Bhosale (Harshvardhan Rane), the son of a prominent politician. The narrative centers on Vikramaditya, who develops feelings for Adaa but is turned down. Out of his desire for her, Vikramaditya begins a dangerous confrontation between the two, where the limits of love, hate, power, and destruction get blurred.
