Mirzapur Season 4: Anticipation for Mirzapur’s upcoming season has grown. Ali Fazal, who plays Guddu Pandit in the popular Prime Video series, recently hinted that the fourth season might be the final one. In a recent interview, he expressed excitement about the Mirzapur movie and suggested that the series could conclude with the upcoming season.

Ali Fazal Statements:

Ali Fazal revealed, “I heard the script just last week, and we’re all excited about the return of the original cast. It feels nice. Everyone is going to be surprised.” He added that the project isn’t just a movie version of the series; it’s something special. “They’re following a format similar to Peaky Blinders,” Ali explained. “That show is also being turned into a movie.” He mentioned that the producers will make an official announcement soon, although he didn’t reveal details about the final cast of the film. Speaking about the series, Ali added, “That new season is still being written… I don’t know much yet.” He hinted that it will most likely be the final season.

In the same conversation, Ali shared his views on how OTT creators used profanity, violence, and nudity in their shows. He said, “When OTT platforms were new, creators filled every show with abuse. I believe they exaggerated the use of crude language and sex in those early episodes. It seemed like everyone was venting.” He added, “Now, creators have balanced the content. The industry has normalized over time. If you work on OTT or anywhere else, you carry the responsibility for what you create.”

Mirzapur Series Cast:

Ali Fazal plays a key role in the Mirzapur series alongside Pankaj Tripathi, Divyenndu, Abhishek Banerjee, Shweta Tripathi, and Shriya Pilgaonkar. The makers plan to premiere the upcoming season in late 2025 or early 2026. They have also scheduled the Mirzapur movie for a 2026 release.
