Ratha Yatra 2025: Ratha Yatra 2025, India’s holiest and most venerated festival. It will open the gates for lakhs of devotees to the sacred town of Puri, Odisha. The ceremony of celebration each year, where Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra, and Subhadra are taken in processions from Jagannath Temple to Gundicha Temple, is not only a colorful religious celebration but also a celebration of life.
Once again, the Adani Group is in the limelight with a large seva (service). Activity to feed free of cost the millions of devotees pouring into Puri to witness the Ratha Yatra. Having successfully for its part contributed to the Maha Kumbh Mela this year. The group has now taken its social outreach programme to Odisha.
With the help of temple administration and local government, the Adani Group will be providing hot meals and drinking water at different points along the yatra route. Such extensive support will reach more than 5 lakh pilgrims during festival season.
Mobile kitchen stations and special food stalls have been set up everywhere in Puri to provide easy service to the devotees. The centers would be hygienic and with enough capacity to serve large crowds. Mobilizing volunteers and security staff to handle queues and provide security is also included in the project.
