Vash Level 2 has a more cruel and brutal narrative. It presents Pratap’s brother, Rajnath, the new enemy. Hiten Kumar portrays both characters. Vash Level 2 begins twelve years after the horrific events of the previous movie. In Vash, Atharva was able to save his daughter Aarya from Pratap’s terrible enchantment.

While Atharva deals with the terrible deaths of his wife and son, Aarya remains stuck in a terrible circumstance and in a catatonic state. Since his family suffered a tragedy, Atharva confines Pratap to his home while beating him and cutting his tongue.

Vash Level 2 opens with Rajnath, the new adversary, enslaving multiple schoolgirls with his demonic enchantment, just like his brother Pratap. He gets annoyed when Rajnath’s influence ultimately wears off, but Pratap’s control is stronger and lasts longer. To discover the method of perpetual psychological control, the control that confines Aarya even in Pratap’s absence, he goes in search of his older brother, Pratap.

Rajnath casts a dangerous spell on the schoolgirls in Vash Level 2, causing them to ignore their parents and others and leap from the school rooftop. Rajnath’s spell hypnotizes them, and they follow his instructions. As Atharva copes with the tragedy, he discovers Rajnath’s spell and realizes the situation at once. Atharva discovers that Rajnath is attempting to find his brother Pratap, who has been missing for 12 years, to learn the ultimate spell when he arrives at the school to save the girls. Rajnath also exposes their spell’s motivation, which is to give men more influence over women.

Rajnath and Atharva agree that if Atharva helps him locate his brother, he will assist Aarya in breaking Pratap’s enchantment. Rajnath asks Atharva whether he has any debts owed to Pratap after Atharva reveals to him that Pratap has been imprisoned within his home for 12 years.

When Atharva hears this, he realizes that Pratap had a karmic debt because he had paid Rs 10 for his tea during their first meeting. After 12 long years, Atharva releases Aarya from her psychological captivity by giving Pratap Rs 10. After this, Rajnath becomes enraged when he discovers that his brother’s tongue was severed when he unties Pratap. He battles Atharva once more but eventually loses. Like his brother Pratap, Rajnath becomes silent after Atharva amputates his tongue.
