BRS’s Silver Jubilee Event:
Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) is preparing for a massive public meeting to celebrate its Silver Jubilee. The event will take place on April 27 in Elkathurthi, Warangal. Party leaders expect a crowd of 10 lakh people, making it one of the largest political gatherings in Telangana. This meeting serves as a crucial opportunity for BRS to showcase its political strength and reconnect with the public.
BRS leaders have planned 1200 acres of land to accommodate the massive gathering. The main stage and seating will occupy 500 acres, while another 500+ acres will be set aside for parking. The remaining land will allow easy movement and support other facilities.
Party leaders have already inspected locations in Elkathurthi, Chinthalapalli and Damerakunta and secured No Objection Certificates (NOC) from local farmers to use their land.
Special Arrangements for Summer Heat
Since the event is happening in peak summer, special arrangements are being made to keep attendees comfortable. BRS has planned to distribute 10 lakh water bottles and an equal number of buttermilk packets to ensure hydration. Additionally, medical aid centers will be set up along major highways which include the Warangal-Karimnagar Highway (NH-563) and Siddipet-Elkathurthi Highway (NH-765DG) to handle any medical emergencies.
Traffic management is another major concern. With 40,000 to 50,000 vehicles expected which includes RTC buses and private transport, BRS is working with the police to create a detailed traffic control and parking plan. Security arrangements are also being finalized to ensure the event runs smoothly without any issues.
Former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) is personally overseeing the preparations. He has instructed party leaders to use this opportunity to highlight BRS’s achievements in Telangana’s development, contrast them with the failures of opposition parties and present the party’s future vision.
To ensure smooth execution, BRS has formed multiple committees that will handle crowd control, logistics, publicity and on-site facilities. These committees will work together to make the event a grand success.
In preparation for the event, BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) will tour all Telangana districts. His goal is to energize party workers, hold strategic meetings and mobilize massive public support for the event.
