Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has revealed a roadmap to achieve the Swarnandhra 2047 Vision. The main motto of this program is to transform Andhra Pradesh into a globally competitive state by 2047.
Economic Growth
The Swarnandhra 2047 targets a 15 percent annual growth rate to make Andhra Pradesh a $2.4 trillion economy by 2047. This includes increasing the per capita income to $42,000 and achieving 100% literacy.
Wealth Creation
Chandrababu Naidu voiced the importance of wealth creation at the district level to raise the economical stability. He sent orders to district collectors to focus on key sectors like livestock, horticulture, manufacturing, and aquaculture to drive economic growth and stability.
Private Sector Investments
The Chief Minister, Chandra Babu Naidu, highlighted that 77% of development funds for the state must come from private investments. He encouraged collectors to identify projects requiring Viability Gap Funding (VGF) and promised increased government support to attract investors for economic development.

District-Level Planning
Chandra Babu Naidu stressed the need for district-level planning to ensure balanced development in the economical aspects. He pointed out that even underdeveloped districts are now progressing rapidly, and strategies must adapt to this evolving society.

Chandra Babu Naidu’s roadmap to Swarnandhra 2025 includes leveraging technology in agriculture, energy, and logistics, focusing on various sectors. The state aims to become a hub for green energy and deep-tech integration, fostering sustainable development to make it one of the globally competitive cities.
Administrative Reforms
To strengthen governance, Naidu announced plans to establish a premier training institution for leadership and administrative skills. This initiative aims to equip officials with the tools needed to implement the Swarnandhra vision effectively.
