CM Revanth Reddy Delhi Visit: Key Cabinet and Party Decisions Await

CM Revanth Reddy Delhi Visit:

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is visiting Delhi on Monday, June 9, 2025. His trip is important as he plans to meet top Congress leaders to discuss several key issues. One of the main topics is the allocation of ministries to the newly appointed ministers in the state cabinet.

CM Revanth Reddy Delhi Visit:

According to reports, Revanth Reddy is scheduled to leave from Shamshabad Airport at 10:20 AM. He will hold talks with the All India Congress Committee (AICC) leaders. These discussions will help finalize which departments will be assigned to the three new ministers in the cabinet.

Apart from the cabinet discussions, Revanth Reddy will also talk about the expansion of the Congress party in the state. The party is planning large public meetings to be held soon. These meetings will focus on issues such as Scheduled Caste (SC) classification and Backward Class (BC) community survey before the upcoming local body elections.

Sources suggest that the allocation of ministries might be announced today or tomorrow. Several departments are still under the control of the Chief Minister. These include Education, Urban Development, Home Affairs, Welfare of SC/ST/Minorities, Commercial Taxes, Animal Husbandry, Justice, Labour, Mines and Geology, and Youth and Sports Affairs.

Party insiders have hinted at possible allocations: Gadapa Vivek might get Labour, Mining, and Sports; Adluri Laxman Kumar could be given SC/ST Welfare; and Vakiti Srihari may get Animal Husbandry, Youth, Justice, or Fisheries.

The final decisions will likely be made after the discussions with the high command in Delhi. Revanth Reddy is expected to consider the opinion of the party leadership before confirming the new ministry portfolios.

This visit shows Revanth Reddy’s focus on balancing governance and political strategy, as he prepares his team for future elections and developmental plans in Telangana.
