CM Revanth Reddy Orders Hyderabad Security Boost Post ‘Sindoor’

CM Revanth Reddy: Following the success of Operation Sindoor, Hyderabad is now under heightened security surveillance. Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy directed senior officials to issue stern instructions, demanding more security in the city. As Hyderabad is an IT and diplomatic city, the government is not sparing any effort to ensure public security.

Heightened Surveillance Across High-Risk Areas

The chief minister emphasized the importance of increased security at foreign missions, IT parks, and strategic infrastructure. The chief minister also instructed special surveillance of suspected criminals, and their activities monitored day and night. At the emergency meeting held at the Integrated Command and Control Centre, CM Revanth Reddy made Hyderabad’s police staff to stay ready to face any situation. He stated, “We need to have a very clear message that we’re with the country’s military. There is no room for partisanship or politics right now.”

Government Personnel and Basic Services on High Alert
In order to coordinate relentless administrative support, the chief minister directed ministers, government officials, and officials to be on call 24 hours a day. He also directed the cancellation of all foreign trips, canceled leaves of workers who were offering vital services, and warned unnecessary media releases that would instill fear.

Emergency response teams such as medical, electricity, and civic supply departments have been asked to operate 24 hours a day with special helplines for 24/7 service.

Hyderabad’s Role in National Defense

As Hyderabad is a strategically placed defense and aviation hub, the CM instructed the security personnel to remain on high alert and be vigilant at all sensitive locations. In the spirit of readiness, he staged a mock drill to test the preparedness of the city’s emergency response system.

Cybersecurity and Crackdown on Illegal Immigrants
In the wake of national security, Hyderabad’s cyber security unit has been put on red alert. The chief minister also asked the authorities to identify and detain illegal immigrants from other nations like Pakistan and Bangladesh and install an advanced information system in the Command Control Centre.

In the spirit of peace and stability, drastic action shall be taken against those who attempt to destabilize the machinery of security. Additionally, hospitals have been directed to keep adequate blood supplies so as to be able to cope with any hour of need.

Public Advisory: Vigilance and Responsibility

CM Revanth Reddy appealed to the people to remain calm but vigilant and requested them to report the police authorities immediately if they notice any suspicious activity. Security measures in Hyderabad are being strengthened for order maintenance as well as dismantling any suspected threat following Operation Sindoor.
