Kavitha Suspended: A key development has taken place in Telangana politics. BRS has officially announced the suspension of Kalvakuntla Kavitha from the party. She has been making comments that crossed party lines for some time. The party clarified that this decision was taken because her remarks were causing damage to the organization. A letter issued by General Secretary T. Ravinder Rao and disciplinary committee member Soma Bharatkumar stated that the BRS high command viewed Kavitha’s behavior as anti-party activity. It added that President KCR decided to suspend her immediately.

Kavitha Recent Controversies:

The rift between Kavitha and the party began during the BRS silver jubilee celebrations. Her open letter criticizing KCR’s speech created a stir. Later, she expressed displeasure with her brother and party working president KTR. More recently, her comments targeting former minister Jagadish Reddy, calling him a “Lilliput,” became a hot topic. She also made serious allegations against Harish Rao and Santosh Rao.
