Lokesh to Distribute House Pattas in Mangalagiri from April 3

House Pattas: During his election campaign, Minister Nara Lokesh promised to provide land pattas to the poor families living on government land in the Mangalagiri constituency. True to his word, he has begun fulfilling this promise with a new initiative called “Mana Illu – Mana Lokesh.” This program will ensure that the residents of Mangalagiri who have lived on government land for years finally receive permanent housing rights.

The Local Impact of the Promise

Many local residents are praising the minister, saying that once Lokesh makes a promise, he fulfills it. During the election, Lokesh assured the people that, if given the mandate, he would provide land pattas to the poor living on government land, granting them permanent rights to their homes. With a massive victory of 91,413 votes, Lokesh has started working on these promises from day one.

A Long-Standing Issue in Mangalagiri

The issue of land pattas has been a long-standing concern in Mangalagiri. For many years, poor families have lived on government land, building homes with their own hard work. Despite repeated promises from various leaders, the issue remained unresolved. Now, Minister Lokesh is addressing this issue with determination. Over the past ten months, he has worked hard to gather the details of these families and coordinated with various departments to ensure smooth distribution of the pattas.

The Distribution Process

In the first phase of the program, Minister Lokesh will distribute land pattas to 3,000 families. He has worked tirelessly to resolve challenges which include issues related to forest and railway lands. The first patta will be handed over in Undavalli village on April 3. Following that, Lokesh will distribute more pattas across different areas including Yerrabalem, Neerukonda, Kaja, Penumaka, and others.

House Pattas: The distribution of these pattas will provide poor families a sense of security and hope for a better future. This initiative is a testament to Minister Lokesh’s commitment to improve the lives of the people in his constituency.
