Recently Telangana government has announced to provide financial relief to Telangana residents. Telangana Govt Offers its residents a 25 per cent subsidy on the Layout Regularization Scheme (LRS) fee. On Wednesday, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, and IT Minister D Sridhar Babu decided to allow the regularisation of layouts with at least 10% registered plots. The 25% subsidy will apply. Ministers urged residents to utilise this opportunity while being cautious of prohibited lands. The meeting was attended by Santhi Kumari Chief Secretary, Sandeep Kumar Sultania Planning Department principal secretary, Dana Kishore Municipal Administration principal secretary, Navin Mittal Revenue department principal secretary and others were present.
