A new rule is coming in Telangana for women’s safety, the government has taken this decision by keeping people’s safety in mind. After this rule implementation, if anyone is not following, there will be very serious action taken against them. This rule will be implemented after the centre gives permission.

Upcoming New Rule:

The Telangana government has decided to install location tracking devices in every government and private vehicle for the safety of the people. Telangana government is seeking permission from the centre; as soon as the permission is granted, the new rule will be implemented. If this is implemented, this will be the first time in the country. Telangana has already achieved success in the caste census survey and created a record. With this new rule the government is going to stop the people who are going to do anti-social activities. If anyone fails to install the tracking devices in their vehicles, there is a possibility of the vehicles being seized and the cases being registered. The government’s main intention is to protect people from anti-social activities. Most of the people are happy to hear about this news.

Government initiatives:
Telangana Government has already taken a few initiatives for women’s safety. This includes the exemption of the night shift for women. For this, if a woman is willing to work, she has to provide a written consent, and the company has to provide free transportation for the employees.

The government has already introduced a women’s safety app called “Bharosa App,” which is available in all the districts of Telangana. Another initiative that has been appreciated by the public is the SHE Teams, which focus on the safety and security of the people. This was launched in 2014 by the Hyderabad City Police.
