Anupama Parameswaran’s Pet Detective Movie Review

Anupama Parameswaran’s Pet Detective Movie Review

Pet Detective Movie Review: It is a relatively light comedy presented with some moderate suspense and heart-touching quality inside. Pet Detective features Anupama Parameswaran, an actor with a universal appeal alongside Sharaf U Dheen, who is also producer, and was released in theaters today. It is an entertaining watch that will consistently engage audiences in a fun and poky detective story that gets them laughing and smiling.

Equal Shares of Comedy, Action, and Twists

This film is buoyed up by situational and chain comedy, that allows everyone in the theater an experience of laughter and lively moments. The action-scenes are mixed in the right dose at the right time with clever twists to make sure that the whirlwind of laughs does not slow its pace. The most notable point is watching Tony – the well-meaning and bumbling amateur – transform into a competent and tenacious hero – all the while getting mocked and chided by his girlfriend – who becomes the source of both authentication and motivation.

The villains’ behavior are also exaggerated to provoke humor, therefore, essentially the film is a universal entertainer at all levels. The action choreography from Kalai Kingson should be settled in the comic tone by congesting thrills into fun.

Performance and the Technical Brilliance

Praneesh Vijayan directs Pet Detective, which has the lively tone of a Malayalam tale that seamlessly marries humor, sentiment, and surprise. Following is standard, the indomitable Sharaf U Dheen takes centerstage as Tony Alula with flawless comic timing and believable heroism. Anupama Parameswaran also shines as Kaikeyi: she charms her way into the character with the strength that is already there.

With the supporting cast of Vijayaraghavan, Vinayakan, Nishanth Sagar, Vinay Forrt and others adding to the humor and cuts of the story, Anand C. Chandran’s cinematography makes sure that they have color for the film, which, along with the music, Rajesh Murugesan matched the playful fun of the movie with with his music.

A tight edit by Abhinav Sundar Nayak, Pet Detective awakens like a totally enjoyable, laughter-filled family comedy.
