What Adds In The Series

Citadel Honey Bunny serves as prequel to American version of Citadel starring Piyanka Chopra and Richard Madden in lead roles. The prequel happens in the time line of 1992 to 2000 which revovles around Honey, Bunny and their daughter Nadia. This series offers the detailed story of how it all started and offers a glimpse into Nadia’s childhood. Varun’s performace in the series is highly appreciated. But Samantha dominated Varun Dhawan with her unique style and Sam proves, she is a super star for a reason. Her action seqences with emotional touch makes it worth watching. The couple scenes with their dauther made an emotional connection. Other crew also performed well especially KK Menon. Child actress Kashvi Majumdar is a special attraction in the role of Nadia. The over all performance of cast and crew is good.

What lacks In Series

The series have some drawbacks which include dragging the story making it slow and a bit irritating. The series definitely dose not match the expected range from Raj and DK. Though there are enough twists and turns the series lack the engaging aspect.

The Final Verdict

Though he series lack in some aspects, the Citadel: Honey Bunny is a worth a watch and definitely better than the original series Citadel. Don’t miss out the Action Spy thriller only on Amazon Prime Video. Yes, Raj & DK’s Direction Did Save The Series.
