Maine Pyaar Kiya Review: The name itself says it all. Aryan is the protagonist. Aryan plays the role of a teenager who dropped out of college halfway through his studies. The film tells the story of Aryan’s love.
Aryan needs his Plus Two and SSLC certificates for a job. When he arrives at the college to buy them, Aryan meets Nidhi, a student from Tamil Nadu. Aryan falls in love with Nidhi at first sight. Aryan’s efforts to impress Nidhi are shown later in the film.
The interesting part of the film is whether Nidhi, who grows up under the strict control of her parents, will fall in love with Aryan. At one point, Aryan and Nidhi become friends. In such a situation, Nidhi goes out with Aryan. It becomes a big topic in the college. The subsequent events take a turn in the film.
The film has been written and directed by debutant Faisal Fazaluddin. Faisal has prepared a narrative for Mene Pyar Kiya that starts with a romantic track and then turns into a thriller genre. How the ingredients of a thriller are mixed in this film is a must-see movie. The excellent screenplay is also the backbone of the film.
Hridu Haroon and Preeti Mukundan are the hero and heroine in Mene Pyar Kiya. Hridu Haroon has been able to behave according to the theme of the film as a young man named Aryan. Hridu Haroon is also emerging as one of the future promises of Malayalam cinema. Preeti Mukundan also shines in this film in two different getups. Askar shines in the film as the character Nixon. Nixon is a different role in Askar Ali’s career till date. Midootty, Arjun, Jagadish Janardhanan, Geo Baby, Srikanth Vettiyar, and Ridin Kingsley also play roles in the film.
The songs of Mene Pyar Kiya also fit the nature of the film. The music is composed by Electronic Kili. The beautiful frames are also the attraction of the film. The cinematography is done by Don Paul P.
