In a recent interview, Sivakarthikeyan candidly addressed the rumours surrounding his Bollywood debut with Aamir Khan. The Amaran actor said, “I’ve met Aamir Khan sir a few times, and he told me that whenever I decide to do a Hindi film, it will be with his production banner. He also told me if you have any script, bring it. I initially heard a script for my Hindi film debut, but it never materialized.” So one thing is clear, Sivakarthikeyan is gearing up for a Bollywood Debut and Sivakarthikeyan’s Bollywood debut will be with Aamir Khan only.
In the same interview, he clarified yet another rumour. The Amaran actor will next be seen in Sudha Kongara’s directorial, though the details about the film are under tight wraps. The rumours started to spread that had a dispute regarding the look in the film. Dismissing all the rumours, Sivakarthikeyan said, “Sudha Ma’am is like very meticulous. She prepares everything, so we don’t have to ask any questions.” He further clarified that he is not a part of Rajinkanth’s film Coolie. He just visited the set but not a part of the film.
Amaran has successfully crossed the Rs 300 crore Milestone globally. Sivakarthikeyan along with Sai Pallavi delivered the nuanced performances in the film. Amaran made with Rs 70–200 crore, the final collections of this action thriller stand at Rs. 320 crore. The film crossed Rs 200 crore mark across India and collected a humungous amount of Rs 320 crore globally at the worldwide box office. The film Amaran is available for streaming on Netflix.
