At the Mumbai launch of the song Pippi Pippi Dum Dum Dum, Nagarjuna praised Rashmika’s rise in her career. He noted that none of the actors, including himself, had films that made ₹2000–3000 crore, but Rashmika had more than one film.

Even with the recognition of being one of the top actresses in South Indian cinema, Rashmika shied away from it and stated that she would like to believe that she has gained this notoriety because of the audience’s love and support. She showed many thanks but also said that she can never see herself in a competition, since she is still working in properties across Bollywood and South Indian films.
