December 2025 promises to be a blockbuster month for Indian cinema.The box office will have a tremendous run, beginning on December 5 with Pushpa 2: The Rule. With its pre-bookings, Sukumar’s pan-Indian picture, which stars Allu Arjun, is already setting records. Get ready for a blockbuster December with these films.

Given the enormous fan base for the Pushpa brand, the movie is anticipated to have remarkable openings. There is a surge of releases during the third week of December. The film is reported to release in more than 12,000 screens worldwide and is already breaking pre – booking records. Pushpa 2 worldwide Day 1 advance sales crossed 30cr+ that too before 5 days of movie release . Surely the film will  break all records  at the box office with such inflated hike in ticket prices as it is the fastest film in 2024 to sell 10,000 tickets in advance in Karnataka Less than 3 hrs.

Bachalamalli, a dramatic drama starring Allari Naresh, Rao Ramesh and Amritha Aiyer is directed by Subbu Mangadevi and Sarangapani Jathakam, a comedy by Indraganti Mohanakrishna, will be released in theaters on December 20. Vetri Maaran’s much anticipated action sequel Viduthalai Part 2 starring Soori, Vijay Sethupathi, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Bhavani Sre, and Rajiv Menon is set for grand theatrical release on 20 December 2024. While Upendra’s UI, and the  Disney animated sequel to The Lion King, Mufasa ,voiced by Mahesh Babu are also scheduled for release on the same day i.e.

Varun Dhawan in the upcoming action drama Baby John 

Varun Dhawan and Keerthy Suresh upcoming action thriller Baby John is direct sequel to Atlee Kumar’s directorial Tamil film Theri, and Nithiin and Sree Leela starrer criminal comedy drama Robin Hood , are scheduled for release on December 25. December promises to be a festival of entertainment for viewers with these versatile films.
