Murali Mohan, a well-known actor in Tollywood, gained fame in the 1970s and 1980s. He made his debut in 1973 and became famous with films like Jagame Maya and Tirupati, directed by Dasari Narayana Rao. Over the years, he acted in more than 350 films, playing both lead and supporting roles.

Apart from acting, Murali Mohan entered the world of politics and business. He was successful in real estate and even became a Member of Parliament. Still, he stayed connected to the film industry and often appeared at public and entertainment events.

In a recent interview, Murali Mohan revealed a surprising story involving Sridevi. He said that many years ago, when Sridevi was still new in the industry, her mother came to visit him with a special request. She wanted Murali Mohan to marry her daughter.

At that time, Murali Mohan was already a famous actor and had a wife and two children. When Sridevi’s mother found out that he was already married, she dropped the idea immediately. This story was kept private for many years and was known only to a few people in the film industry. Now, Murali Mohan’s interview has brought it to public attention.

Later on, Sridevi went on to marry Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor. Together, they had two daughters – Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor. Janhvi Kapoor has followed in her mother’s footsteps and is now becoming a successful actress in her own right. She is working on several big projects, including a Telugu film with Ram Charan, known as RC16.
