Telugu Star Actress: Many actresses have stepped away from the film industry to focus on family life, with some opting for a second innings in a different career. Among them is a popular heroine Laya who after leaving films chose to work in the IT sector.

Telugu Star Actress: Laya was in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Her mother was a music teacher in Nirmala High School, Vijayawada and her father was a doctor. Later, she moved to Hyderabad and has participated in many stage shows as a classical dancer. She have performed in more than 50 stage shows. Then she became a popular actress by getting a chance in Swayamvaram.

This actress known for her significant fan following in Telugu cinema was once adored by family audiences for her roles in family dramas. She started her career at a very young age, stepping into the industry when she was in fourth grade. Her first major breakthrough came with the film Swayamvaram where she starred opposite actor Venu Thottempudi. The film was a hit and she earned praise for her performance.

Following this success, she acted in several popular Telugu films like Hanuman Junction, Premichu and Missamma, gaining a solid fanbase. Despite a flourishing career, she decided to step away from the limelight after her marriage. In 2006, she married Dr. Sri Ganeshan, an American-based doctor, and settled in the United States.

After taking a break from acting, she has now transitioned into a career in the IT industry. While she has found success in her new profession, there are whispers that she might make a return to films soon. This actress, who once captured the hearts of Telugu audiences, is now living a peaceful life away from the cameras but may soon make a comeback.
