Flop Movies Rejected by Samantha:
Samantha Ruth Prabhu is not just known for her acting and charm but also for her smart script choices. From her debut in Ye Maaya Chesave to blockbusters like A Aa, Eega, and Mahanati, she has impressed audiences with her talent and dedication. What many don’t know is that Samantha rejected a few movies that later failed badly at the box office. These decisions played a big role in keeping her successful career graph steady.
One of the biggest examples is Vikram’s “I”, directed by Shankar. Samantha was first approached to play the heroine, but due to health issues and date clashes, she said no. The role went to Amy Jackson, and even though the movie created big hype, it ended up as a flop.
Another film was Nani’s “Ninnu Kori.” Samantha was the first choice for the female lead. But as she was busy with other projects, she couldn’t take it up. The film did decent business but didn’t become a huge hit as expected.
Samantha was also offered “Yevadu”, starring Ram Charan and Allu Arjun. She was supposed to play Shruti Haasan’s role but couldn’t due to health problems. The movie failed to impress audiences and didn’t perform as expected at the box office.
Similarly, she turned down “Bruce Lee”, another Ram Charan film. Samantha was the first choice for the heroine role, but due to tight schedules, she rejected it. The film was a complete disaster after release.
By skipping these flop movies, Samantha proved that she not only chooses roles wisely but also understands the pulse of the audience. Her success story is not just about the films she acted in but also about the ones she smartly avoided.
