Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi starrer Amaran biographical action war film Amaran directed by Rajkumar Periasamy has hit the silver screens recently on October 31, coinciding with Diwali receiving highly positive reviews from critics and already breaking records in just 2 days of it’s worldwide release.
Kanguva producer KE Gnanavel Raja recently graced the film screening and has penned an emotional note on social media praising the film. It is an adaptation of the book series India’s Most Fearless: True Stories of Modern Military Heroes by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh, based on Major Mukund Varadarajan’s real life.

Despite facing tough competition from Lucky Bhaskar, KA, Bhageera, Brother, and Bloody Beggar, the biographical action war film is dominating the Diwali box office.
