Chatha Pacha Official Teaser: The teaser that had been heavily awaited the first teaser of a Malayalam wrestling film is out. The much talked about Chatha Pacha – Ring of Rowdies is the first complete pudding of WWE-style action comedy by Malayalam cinema. The movie promises entertainment, laughter, and much larger-than-life action on a purview inspired by the globally popular sport of WWE wrestling with its iconic characters.
The film is directed by a first-timer Advaith Nair and produced under the banner of Reel World Entertainment which was set up between Trans World Group and Lensman Group. The production crew also includes Ramesh, Ritesh Ramakrishnan, Shihan Shoukath, S. George, and Sunil Singh. The lead role is played by Arjun Ashokan while Roshan Mathew, Ishan Shoukath (of Marco fame), Vishakh Nair, and Pooja Mohandas have important roles to play in the film.
The teaser promises massive wrestle sequences and colorful character makeovers, all set in the backdrop of an underground WWE type wrestling club in Fort Kochi. Music and high-spirited visuals expect the high bar under audience expectations.
Chatha Pacha – Ring of Rowdies is going to be streaming on January 2026. The country-wide distribution of the film will be by Wayfarer Films, owned by Dulquer Salmaan. On a pan-India level, the Hindi distribution rights have been acquired by Dharma Productions, marking their first-ever Malayalam release. The distribution will be by Mythri Movie Makers for Telugu states, whereas Tamil Nadu and Karnataka will have the film through PVR Inox Pictures.
This film will be shown in theaters, and the MLAL, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi versions will be released simultaneously in more than 115 nations with The Plot Pictures for international release.
