MMMN Teaser: After being off-screen for almost six months, Malayalam superstar Mammootty has returned to work as a part of the Hyderabad schedule of Mahesh Narayanan’s new anticipated multistarrer film Patriot, which will bring together some of the biggest names in Indian cinema in what is shaping up to be Petrol offering the biggest star cast of it’s kind.
Patriot is being produced under the banners of Anto Joseph Film Company and Kichappu Films by Anto Joseph and K. G. Anilkumar, with co-production from C. R. Salim Productions and Blue Tigers London, with C. R. Salim and Subhash George Manuel serving as co-producers. Rajesh Krishna and C. V. Sarathi are executive producers. Mahesh Narayanan writes and directs Patriot, and it is likely the biggest Malayalam film ever attempted.
Tomorrow at 12 noon, the teaser of Patriot will be released, further heightening expectations as the film has already completed schedules in Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan, Delhi, Sharjah, Kochi and Ladakh prior to arriving in Hyderabad for its latest schedule.
The film features a cast that includes, along with Mammootty and Mohanlal, Jinu Joseph, Rajeev Menon, Danish Husain, Shaheen Siddique, Sanal Aman, Darshana Rajendran and Sereen Shihab. Also joining the group is acclaimed theater talent and filmmaker Prakash Belawadi, who is known for Madras Café, and Pathaan. The film is being distributed internationally by Truth Global Films.
