Mythri Movie Makers reportedly locked Ajith Kumar’s upcoming action thriller film Good Bad Ugly worldwide theatrical release date. Check to know film’s much anticipated release date here.
Ajith Kumar is gearing up for the releases of his much anticipated Good Bad Ugly theatrical grand debut. It is an upcoming action comedy film helmed by Adhik Ravichandran and funded by renowned Telugu production house Mythri Movie Makers with an estimated budget of Rs 270 crore. The film stars Ajith Kumar in the lead role, alongside Trisha Krishnan, Prasanna, Arjun Das, Telugu comedian Sunil, Rahul Dev, Prabhu and Yogi Babu. It is said that maker reconfirmed the film’s release on Pongal 2025.

Trisha Krishnan was cast as the female lead, pairing opposite Ajith for the sixth time after Ji , Kireedam , Mankatha , Yennai Arindhaal and Vidaamuyarchi. Ajith was reported to receive Rs 165 crore i.e more than 60 % of the film’s total production cost as his remuneration.
The film’s first teaser received positive response and created a hype for the upcoming film. Actors fans are eagerly waiting to experience the action thriller on silver screen . According to a source the film’s post-theatrical streaming rights of the film were purchased by Netflix for Rs 95 crore. Romeo Pictures bought the distribution rights of the film in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala. The soundtrack is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, in his second collaboration with Ajith after Veeram and first with Adhik.
The action thriller’s technical crew includes cinematographer Abinandhan Ramanujam, editor Vijay Velukutty, composer Devi Sri Prasad, costume designer Anu Vardhan, and stunt choreographers Supreme Sundar and Kaldian Vodenchardy. Adhik co-wrote the film’s script along with Ravi Kandasamy and Harish Manikandan.
Mythri Movie Makers are planning to release Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly on Jan 10th 2025 , coinciding with the occasion of Pongal, in theatres worldwide across multiple languages like Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
