Sivakarthikeyan currently basking the pan India success of biographical action war film Amaran and already announced his upcoming project, SK25. Now it is said that actor’s upcoming film has now reportedly gone on floors. Check out for more details about Sivakarthikeyan and Sudha Kongara’s collaborative.

The film is tentatively titled as SK25 and is directed by Soorarai Pottru fame Sudha Kongara, also stars Jayam Ravi and Atharvaa in the lead roles. Sudha Kongara recently scripted, and directed Soorarai Pottru. It was featured in the Panorama Section of the Shanghai International Film Festival. At the 68th National Film Awards, it won five awards including Best Feature Film, and Best Screenplay.

Makers took to their social media account and shared the pics from pooja ceremony .In many photos that have gone popular on social media, the film’s shooting location is adorned with a big clapperboard with the project’s provisional name, SK25, as well as the names of the director and actors. The shooting is scheduled to begin on December 14, 2024.
A few days ago, there were strong rumors of a fight between Sivakarthikeyan and Sudha Kongara. Some speculated that the actor was requested to trim his beard for the production, which he had preserved from his previous picture.

However, Sivakarthikeyan was apparently not on board with this demand and was surprised when requested to do so because he had not been notified about it beforehand.

The movie is funded by Akash Baskaran under Dawn Pictures and reportedly being made with an estimated budget of Rs 250 and is one of the most expensive Tamil film of all times. GV Prakash Kumar will be composing music for the SK25, Ravi K Chandran will handle the cinematography, Prakash is composing music for the film joining with director Sudha Kongara once again, after their superhit National Award winning film Soorarai Pottru. The film is expected to hit the theaters in 2026.
