Dhanush’s Advice Helped Sai Pallavi
NGK directed by Selvaraghavan and starring Suriya had a different working style that Sai Pallavi was not used to. She shared that after each shot, she couldn’t tell if her acting was good because the director rarely gave feedback. This lack of guidance made her feel lost and unsure of herself.
Just when things were becoming overwhelming, actor Dhanush stepped in. Having worked with Selvaraghavan in the past, he understood the director’s unique way of working. Dhanush encouraged Sai Pallavi to stay calm and assured her that things would get better over time. His words gave her the strength to continue.
Sai Pallavi said that after speaking with Dhanush, she felt more confident and began to see the project in a better light. Her co-star Suriya also supported her throughout the shoot which made things easier for her.
Thanks to their encouragement, she stayed on and completed NGK. The film turned out to be an important part of her career.
