Dhanush who has entertained audiences as a hero for years is now proving his talent as a director. He tasted success with Raayan and recently directed Jabilamma Neeku Antha Kopama. Currently, he is acting in Idli Kadai. Now an exciting update about his next movie is going viral!

After Nila Vukku En Mel Ennadi Kobam, Dhanush is acting and directing Idli Kadai. Following his last Tamil release Raayan, he has been busy with multiple projects including Kuber, Idli Kadai and Tere Ishq Mein. The shoot for Idli Kadai and Kuber is almost complete.

Presently Dhanush is working on the Hindi film Tere Ishq Mein which is being directed by Anand L. Rai. Anand previously directed Dhanush’s Bollywood debut Raanjhanaa in 2013. This new film also stars Kriti Sanon as the female lead. The team has officially announced that the movie is set to release in November 2025.

After Tere Ishq Mein, Dhanush will start working on a Tamil film which is tentatively titled as D55. It is directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy. The shooting is expected to begin soon. Meanwhile, there is also buzz that Dhanush has signed another exciting project!

As per the latest reports, Dhanush is collaborating with director Vignesh Raja for his next film. Vignesh recently delivered a hit with Por Aayiram. He previously directed the mystery crime thriller Atharva which was released in 2023 starring Sarathkumar and Ashok Selvan.

The big surprise is the leading lady of this movie-young actress Mamitha Baiju! She gained a strong fan base with her performance in Premalu. Now, she is set to make her Tamil debut alongside Dhanush. It is also being speculated that the actress is getting a lot of offers in both Tollywood and Kollywood. However, as of now, the actress has accepted the project with Dhanush.
