BCCI Rewards 58 Crores to Champions Trophy Winners: Ahead of TATA IPL 2025, the BCCI rewards the Champions Trophy winners, Team India. The Board of Control for Cricket in India announced a whopping Rs 58 crore as a cash prize for the Men in Blue for bringing the coveted title home. On March 9, Rohit Sharma-led India won the Champions Trophy in Dubai after defeating New Zealand in the final.

Display of Dominance in Dubai

Team India remained unbeaten throughout the tournament and displayed its domination in Dubai. While the fantastic win against Pakistan is unparalleled, India overpowered Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand in the series. With the T20 World Cup last year and the Champions Trophy now, India clinched back-to-back ICC titles. India remained undefeated throughout the ODI World Cup but lost the finals to Australia. Had India won it, this would have been a Hattrick ICC title victory.
