TATA IPL 2025 Points Table – Team Standings & Rankings
By the end of six matches, each team has played at least one match in the ongoing IPL. While KKR and Rajasthan entered the ground twice, RR lost on both outings, and KKR won one. With a +2.200 net run rate, Hyderabad is at the top of the TATA IPL 2025 points table, followed by RCB with almost the same NRR. Punjab, Chennai, and Delhi also won their campaign openers and maintain 0.5 NRR.

SRH continued where it stopped. Once again, the Orange Army posted the biggest total so far. SRH made a mammoth 286 against Rajasthan Royals. At one stage, it appeared they would score 300, but the last over by Tushar Deshpande got RR regular wickets.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru defeated the defending champions KKR in the inaugural match of TATA IPL 2025. RCB comfortably chased KKR’s target of 174. Virat Kohli used all his experience to ensure his team crossed the finish line.

The Punjab vs Gujarat match was an engaging thriller. Batting first, Punjab posted a massive 243 on the scoreboard. Shreyas Iyer led from the front but missed a century by 3 runs despite staying not out. Gujarat almost came close with 232 but fell flat towards the end.
The age-old rivals CSK and MI locked horns in a blockbuster clash last Sunday. CSK bowlers were on track and succeeded in troubling the MI top order. Noor Ahmed and Khaleel Ahmed picked regular wickets to restrict them to 155.

The Delhi vs Lucknow game was an absolute thriller. A whirlwind innings from Nicholas Pooran and Mitchell Marsh guided Lucknow to post 208 target. Lucknow had an upper hand throughout defending the score. At one stage, Delhi lost 5 wickets for just 65. Impact player Ashutosh Sharma showcased his impact and played a memorable innings. He scored a useful 66 and handed over a stunning victory.

Although KKR lost the first game to RCB, they bounced back against RR. Quinton de Kock did what he is good at and took his team to victory.
LSG, MI, GT, and RR are yet to secure a win. Now that the tournament just started the Tata IPL 2025 Points Table will likely see several changes as matches pass by.
