Rohit was captain of the Indian cricket team for the past 3 years, he took the responsibility in 2021 and the mission was to win the ODI world cup in 2023. But, the team lost to Australia in the final match which disappointed many, then he captained India in T20’s from 2021 and won the world cup in 2024. 

After this victory he bid goodbye to the team in T20’s and Tests. After that he did not much appear in the team, he then simply played a few ODI’s and now he is looking to make a strong comeback with the upcoming Australia series, it is starting from October 19th in Perth. He will play 3 ODI’s. 

Rohit has many records to his name, he holds the record of the biggest individual score by a batsmen, he scored a mammoth 264 runs against Sri Lanka in 2014. This is one kind of record that can never be broken….

Virat Kohli 

Virat Kohli is a different name in the business, he is the master of chase and master in craft. His strength is his fitness and handling the pressure so well. He scores hundreds in his dream, he has more records to his name than anyone who played alongside him including Rohit Sharma. 

He too will be making a comeback to the team after retiring from Tests and T20’s. We cannot say enough about his playing style. His cover drives, on drives and composure in pull shots, his running between wickets and chasing 2’s instead of 1’s is a feat to watch.
