Suryakumar Yadav Buys 21 Crore Worth Properties in Mumbai

Gone are the days when celebrities used to spend money on temporary and unwanted things. Today’s young celebs are not only focused on making smart choices with money but are investing in real estate. They are committed to wealth-building through financial discipline. The new one to join the list is Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav. The MI player, who is busy in Tata IPL 2025 recently purchased two luxurious apartments. Situated in Deonar area of Mumbai, the value is 21 Crores.

The 34-year-old Indian cricketer and his wife Devisha Yadav purchases two premium apartments in Godrej Sky Terraces. Its a residential tower in Deonar, Mumbai, still under construction. The couple purchased these apartments at a whopping 21 Crore. Both apartments are on consecutive floors with a combined carpet area of nearly 4500 square feet. It costed1.26 crore for stamp duty and 30000 for registration fees.

Deonar is a happening place and a residential locality near Chembur, within the Mumbai Suburban district. The area is convenient and well-connected through the Chembur railway station on the Harbour Line, the Mumbai Monorail. It is adjacent to the Eastern Express Highway and the Sion-Panvel Expressway.

Suryakumar Yadav, the stylish MI batter famous for his 360-degree shots, currently lives in a high-rise apartment in Mumbai’s Chembur with his wife and pets, Pablo and Oreo. Besides these properties, SKY has an outstanding car collection that includes an Audi RS5, a Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe, a Nissan Jonga, and a Porsche 911 Turbo S. In addition to these, he also owns a BMW S 1000 RR and a Suzuki Hayabusa bike.

As part of his Grade B contract, the BCCI pays him an annual salary of 3 Crore. Mumbai Indians offered him a staggering 16.35 Crores for Tata IPL 2025. SKY is also a brand ambassador for multiple brands like Royal Stag, JioCinema, Dream11, Reebok, Boult Audio, and many others.

Besides Suryakumar Yadav, former Indian cricketer Zaheer Khan and his wife Sagarika Ghatge purchased a luxury apartment in Elphinstone Road area for ₹11 crores recently. Also, Team India skipper Rohit Sharma rented out some of his property in Lower Parel, Mumbai, for ₹2.6 lakh per month last month.
