Apple will reportedly enter the foldable phone market in 2026. The iPhone Fold might possibly be introduced along with the iPhone 18. The iPhone Fold would most likely feature a book-like design. A report from not long ago indicates that it might be paired with a titanium and aluminum frame. This would mean that the phone is both sturdy and light in weight as aluminum is a metal of low density for the frame or shell.

The price will likely not be significantly less than $2,000. In India, the phone may range between ₹1.75–2.20 lakhs. In spite of its price, it will rival the Galaxy Z Fold series by Samsung, as well as the Google Pixel Fold as a more direct rival, making it feel again like being in the ultra-premium zone.
