Lava is set to launch its new smartphone, the Lava Blaze Dragon, in India on July 25, 2025, at 12 PM IST. The Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 is also expected to launch this month but has not been confirmed. The Lava Blaze Dragon will be available on Amazon and has already gained some anticipation with its design and features being made public. Some leaks and photos were shared online which provide some information about this anticipated budget 5G phone.

The Lava Blaze Dragon is expected to have an attractive design with a unique golden color case. It will have a rectangular dual-camera module on the back and utilizes a 50-megapixel AI-supported main rear camera.

Tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings) also leaked multiple images of a second variant in black with a unique rainbow color camera module as an additional twist. The phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor to provide smoothness for day-to-day tasks and light gaming. The Lava Blaze Dragon will come with 128GB of fast UFS 3.1 storage and will run Android 15 in a free bloat-ware operating system.

Leaking source, X user Pratik Tandon (@pratik_tandon) says the Blaze Dragon is expected to be available in two variants: 4GB RAM + 128GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. For selfies, it’s expected to have an 8-megapixel front camera. It is also expected to pack a 5000mAh battery with 18W wired charging, which should provide practically all-day power. These specifications make it an intriguing device in the budget 5G segment, and it could compete with devices like iQOO Z10 Lite, Vivo T4 Lite.

The Lava Blaze AMOLED 2, which is expected to launch with the Blaze Dragon, is expected to replace the Lava Blaze AMOLED 5G. The current version of the AMOLED 5G has a 6.67-inch 120Hz 3D curved AMOLED display, a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging, and a 64-megapixel dual rear camera. The Blaze AMOLED 2 will likely build on these aspects, that offers a great display and stunning design to appeal to young users.
